I thought of ice cream immediately since its hot out and that is my favorite thing to have after a long summer day! along with the theme of summer I thought about birds chirping and flying around. These two, in an odd way, sort of fit together in my brain when I think of summer. I thought this was a fun way to include animals in a way we never thing of them!
I like this idea a lot, and I think you could take it even further by blending the birds into or onto some actual scoops of ice cream. By having the texture of ice cream on the outside of the scoop blending into feathers more toward the inside with the bird heads popping out it would feel even more surreal and fun.
