The Dunana (Duck + Banana)
I am relatively new to the photoshop scene so for this project I wanted to tackle something a bit more basic. Going through adobe stock images, I tried to find images that are similar to each other so the process might be a little easier. Some examples of what I searched up were macaroons and pigs, cake and cow, and alligator and stapler. After trying and failing, I resorted to picking a simple image of a banana and smacked a duck head on it. I used the stamp tool to try and add the banana texture to the duck head and then made a separate color layer to match the tones of the two images. There definitely could have been more stylistic choices to make here like maybe adding the duck legs at the bottom of the banana. I’m excited to see how much I improve my photoshop skills throughout the course of this class.
