For this assignment, I wanted to create a modern, minimalistic design of a beach at sunset. I utilized only shape layers with different colors to create this piece. Although it is a more of an artistic design than anything else, I could see this design being on an instagram page for a breach location or national park. I really like the colors I chose and the look of the geometric shapes and lines working together. I didn’t use any ai for this project.

This is a nice, clean illustration and shows some good mastery of the shape tool. Things are very well aligned and I like that sight lines continue behind the white box. The gradients work really well and balance out the solid colors. I could see the blue bars inside the center box being brighter blue or teal as if they are reflecting the sun.
