LOS ANGELES, CA— After 35 years of a promising Hollywood career, the recently let go Will Smith reportedly told M. Night Shyamalan Saturday that he should try to treat his co-workers better.“Hey M. Night, I know you’ve had a rough, but taking it out on the actors isn’t going to do anything productive and frankly we’re all about to reach our limit here,” said Will, who responded to M. Night Shyamalan’s Question about whether or not Timothee Chalamet was finally going to show up on time for his part in the movie before shooting it.”Yes, I 100% understand you have to meet deadlines to meet but so does everyone else here. That’s why Timothee isn’t here at this very moment, because of studio obligations he has to fulfill for other directors and studios. You being a director and working with as many clients as you know the stress we’re under. Why not take a different approach with the actors? Try being nice like asking what direction they need or wishing them good luck.” Will added that after their conversation the day went on as normal, but during the next filming day M. Night took Will’s advice and told him to have a good day’s work so Will went home. But when Will got a call from the studio asking we he walked out of his film deal.
